Darcy Whatley

Darcy Whatley is a dynamic entrepreneur who likes nothing better than to start new skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and make them a success. She is continuously seeking new business opportunities, especially in the health care marketplace.

Darcy’s entrepreneurial spirit was apparent from an early age. By the time she was 32 she had already become a Regional Manager over several skilled nursing facilities. Darcy Whatley was a valuable team member in assisting other skilled nursing home operators to build their businesses making them highly successful.

Darcy Whatley owns Pillar Stone Healthcare Company, a health care management company, which oversees operations of Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Mont Belvieu Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Trinity Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, all skilled nursing facilities, and The Park at Bay Area, an assisted living and memory care facility.  Darcy is most proud of building her company with a team of professionals who are as compassionate as she is about the care of the elderly.   

Despite her busy business career Darcy makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations.  She serves on the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Leadership Board, member of Circle of Red for Women, volunteer with Greater Pearland and Clear Lake Community Assistance Program (CAP), and active member with several Chamber of Commerce’s in the Houston Area.  Darcy is also the League Operator for “The Player’s” Pool League which is sanctioned with Billiards Congress of America.

Kim Childs

RN, RAC-CT, CN-E, Director of Clinical Services

Kim Campbell is a dynamic Director of Clinical Services. Kim has a passion for the field of nursing and continually strives to be a resident advocate. Kim has over 20 years of experience in nursing with 18 of those years dedicated solely to long term care. She is a Certified Resident Assessment Coordinator with sound knowledge of the assessment and reimbursement maximization process. In addition to earning the title of Certified Nurse Executive, she comes with vast experience in clinical management and operations of the skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility and independent communities. Areas of expertise include: regulatory compliance, reimbursement maximization, policy and procedure development and implementation, electronic health record initiation and maintenance, risk analysis and management, staff development/education and quality assurance and performance improvement.

Joyce Belz

Corporate Controller

Joyce Belz is an exceptional Corporate Controller who has been in Long Term Care over 25 years.  Joyce’s passion about Long Term Care began at the early age of 8.  Although raised under the objective of nursing by her mother who was a registered nurse, Joyce chose to pursue a career on the financial side after discovering she did not like receiving shots!  Joyce prides herself in providing an extensive spectrum of knowledge and skill.   Areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, cash management, policy and procedure development, budget preparedness, human resources and revenue cycle management.
