Kim Campbell, RN, RAC-CT, CN-E, Director of Clinical Services

Kim Campbell is a dynamic Director of Clinical Services. Kim has a passion for the field of nursing and continually strives to be a resident advocate. Kim has over 20 years of experience in nursing with 18 of those years dedicated solely to long term care. She is a Certified Resident Assessment Coordinator with sound knowledge of the assessment and reimbursement maximization process. In addition to earning the title of Certified Nurse Executive, she comes with vast experience in clinical management and operations of the skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility and independent communities. Areas of expertise include: regulatory compliance, reimbursement maximization, policy and procedure development and implementation, electronic health record initiation and maintenance, risk analysis and management, staff development/education and quality assurance and performance improvement.

Kim’s favorite part of being a nurse is the interaction with residents, families, staff and volunteers. Through various interactions you are able to serve others with dignity, equality, respect and impact the lives of people in a positive and meaningful way. The education and instruction of staff is often a learning experience for not only those being taught but also the teacher, these moments can be a lot of fun.

When Kim Campbell is not working, she likes spending time with her two very active children who participate in softball and the arts, running in various 5k, 10k and half-marathons, traveling to new places, listening to all kinds of music and shopping.
